RCPT has more than a decade of experience within the fitness industry. During this period, our knowledge and experience has grown significantly allowing us to support 100+ clients in achieving their fitness goals.

Each of these clients has had a specific target and here at RCPT we thrive on aiding our clients on their journey towards this. Our range of benefits can be as simple as assisting a client with mobility issues, helping them to regain their freedom and lifestyle by strengthening basic balance functions all the way up to elite athletes looking to gain the extra few percentages in performance, taking their game to the next level.

At RCPT we are constantly looking to improve our training methods and standards by staying up to date through training courses and researching the most modern styles to ensure that you always receive the best standard of training that we can offer.
